Ingredients:
1.Red Chilies - 3 Nos
2.Curry leaves - 6 leaves
3.Oil 2 spoons
4. Mustard seeds
5. sun flower seeds - 1/4 cup
6. Chana dal - 2 spoons
7. Lemon Juice -
Salt to taste
Seasonings:
In a pan add 2 spoons of oil and add mustard seeds, chana dal, curry leaves and red chilies and hing
Preparation:
1. Grind the sun flower seeds with chana dal, red chilies, curry leaves and with necessary water for consistency and add lemon juice.
2. Serve with Dosa.
