Colacasia Fry, Chama dumba

Ingredients:

1. Colacasia - 1 No's


Seasonings:
1. Red Chili powder- 1/2 spoon
2. Turmeric powder - pinch
3. Oil
4. Salt to taste


Preparation:

In a pan add some oil, add the cut Chama pieces, turmeric powder, salt and cover the pan with a lid. Let the Chama pieces cook for some time and remove the lid. Add more oil and let the Chama fry in the oil until golden brown color. Add the Chili powder and turn off the flame.
