Ingredients:
1. Beet Roots - 3 No's
Seasonings:
1.Mustard seeds
2. Red Chilies - 4No's
3. Turmeric powder - pinch
4. Oil
5. Salt to taste
6. Hing - pinch
Preparation:
In a pan put some oil, mustard seeds, Red chilies and hing and then add the cut beet root pieces and fry them until cooked close the vessel with the Lid.
