Potato Fry

Ingredients:

1. Potato - 3 No's


Seasonings:
1. Red Chili powder- 1/2 spoon
2. Turmeric powder - pinch
3. Oil
4. Salt to taste


Preparation:


In a pan add some oil, add the cut potato pieces, turmeric powder, salt and cover the pan with a lid. Let the potatoes cook for some time and remove the lid. Add more oil and let the potatoes fry in the oil until golden brown color. Add the Chili powder and turn off the flame. Crispy and crunchy potato is ready to be eaten with rice.
