Masala for Fried rice

Ingredients:
1. Coriander Seeds - 1 cup
2.Whole Black Pepper - 1/2 cup
3.Cumin seeds  - 1/4 cup
4. Fennel Seeds - 2 spoons
5. Bay leaves - 2 Nos
6. Cloves - 10Nos
7. Cinnamon - 1 stick
8. Anise Flower - 3 Nos
 
 

Preparation

1. Dry fry Coriander seeds, Whole Black pepper, cumin seeds, fennel seeds, bay leaves, cloves, cinnamon, Anise flower separately in  a pan.
2. Cool the fried ingredients
3. Grind all the Ingredients together in a blender


This powder is specially for any fries like potatoes, fried rice etc
