Ingredients:
1.Curry Leaves - 2 bunches
2. Urad Dal - 1 cup
3. Chana Dal - 1/4 cup
4. Dhaniya - 1/4 cup
5. Tamarind - 150 gms
6. Jeera - 1 spoon
5. Red Chilies - 16
Preparation
1. Dry fry Urad dal, Chana dal, Dhaniya, Tamarind, Jeera and Red Chilies separately in a pan.
2. Cool the fried ingredients
3. Grind all the Ingredients together in a blender
