Ingredients:
1.Jeera - 1/4 cup
5. Red Chily powder - 1/2 cup
Preparation
1. Dry fry Jeera separately in a pan. Cool the fried ingredients.
2. Grind Jeera into a powder first and them add the Red Chili powder and grind all the Ingredients together in a blender.
3. Put the ingredients in a box and add salt.
This powder can be used for any fries.
