Chineese Noodles

Ingredients:

1. Noodles
2. Red Chili sauce - 1/2 spoon
3.Ketchup - 1 spoon
4. Soy sauce - 1/4 spoon
5. Vegetables
 
Vegetables:
Broccoli - 1 cup
Onion    - 1 No
Carrot - 1 No
 

Cook Noodles:

 
In a pan add salt and boil the noodles with oil in the water. Remove the noodles from hot water and run down with cold water.
 
 

 Preparation

1.Take a big pan and add oil to the pan and add the vegetables and let half cook the vegetables. Then add the soy sauce, ketchup, red chili sauce to the vegetables and add the noodles to the above mixture and eat hot.

Masala for Fried rice

Ingredients:
1. Coriander Seeds - 1 cup
2.Whole Black Pepper - 1/2 cup
3.Cumin seeds  - 1/4 cup
4. Fennel Seeds - 2 spoons
5. Bay leaves - 2 Nos
6. Cloves - 10Nos
7. Cinnamon - 1 stick
8. Anise Flower - 3 Nos
 
 

Preparation

1. Dry fry Coriander seeds, Whole Black pepper, cumin seeds, fennel seeds, bay leaves, cloves, cinnamon, Anise flower separately in  a pan.
2. Cool the fried ingredients
3. Grind all the Ingredients together in a blender


This powder is specially for any fries like potatoes, fried rice etc

Masala Curry Powder

Ingredients:
1. Chana Dal - 1 cup
2. Curry Leaves - 10
3. Red Chilies - 16
4. Dhaniya - 1/2 cup
5. Cloves - 10 No's
 
 

Preparation

1. Dry fry Chana dal, Curry leaves, Red Chilies, Dhaniyalu, Cloves separately in  a pan.
2. Cool the fried ingredients
3. Grind all the Ingredients together in a blender


This powder is specially for Dondakaya masala curry

Sesame Seeds Powder (Nuvvula Podi)

Ingredients:

1.White Sesame seeds - 200 gms (1 packet)
2. Red Chilies - 16 No's
  

Preparation

1. Dry fry Sesame Seeds and Red Chilies separately in  a pan. Cool the fried ingredients.
2. Grind Red Chili first and then add the sesame seeds together in a blender.
3. Put the ingredients in a box and add salt after they ingredients cool down.
4. Do not add salt while grinding as it will become a paste.
  
This powder can be used for any curries.
1. Water gourd (Anapakaya), Beera kaya etc

Jeera Powder

Ingredients:

1.Jeera - 1/4 cup
5. Red Chily powder - 1/2 cup
  

Preparation

1. Dry fry Jeera separately in  a pan. Cool the fried ingredients.
2. Grind Jeera into a powder first and them add the Red Chili powder and grind all the Ingredients together in a blender.
3. Put the ingredients in a box and add salt.
 
 
This powder can be used for any fries.
1. Potato, Lady finger, etc

Karavepaku Podu - Curry Leaves Powder

Ingredients:

1.Curry Leaves - 2 bunches 
2. Urad Dal - 1 cup
3. Chana Dal - 1/4 cup
4. Dhaniya - 1/4 cup
5. Tamarind - 150 gms
6. Jeera - 1 spoon
5. Red Chilies - 16
  

Preparation

1. Dry fry Urad dal, Chana dal, Dhaniya, Tamarind, Jeera and Red Chilies separately in  a pan.
2. Cool the fried ingredients
3. Grind all the Ingredients together in a blender

Kandi Podi (Kandi Gunda)

Ingredients:

1. Toor Dal (Kandi pappu) - 1 cup
2. Chana dal (Senaga Pppu) -1 cup
3. Pesara pappu (Moong Dal) - 1/2 Cup
4. Jeera - 2 spoons
5. Red Chilies - 16
  

Preparation

1. Dry fry Toor dal, Chana dal, Moong Dal, Jeera, Red Chilies separately in  a pan.
2. Cool the fried ingredients
3. Grind all the Ingredients together in a blender
